聊阿聊的，从老人家的高血压，竟然聊到股票。
这位高科技（他说的）退休人士让我甘拜下风。
我以为自己已够醒目了，但听我说完手上的股后，他奇道：你都常去penang的许多公厂，
也熟知产品/也认识很多人，但似乎不懂得利用这优势，都没甚买进优资penang股
手上是一大堆外地股，只能看figure,等季报，等research company 的评论，太被动了。

我想了想，惭愧的答不出话来。

我國一直都在推動科技的東西，所以它們受益最大！
要拿书给医生时，我之前有到PRAI去找医生，结果发现了很多工厂！
IOI，SKB，NSTP，UMW等等公司都在医生的地点。
的確，PENANG 有很多優質的上市公司，我常强調不熟不做，我的主力都集中在我所能看到，能随時实地探討軍情，積極的管理風險。
这是一个值得深思的问题，在生活中找寻千里马，比单看季报强多了。
霸市争霸战中，胜利者应该是Tesco。uiwah在霸市战中失利，唯有寄望于FCB，既然目标已达，我也出货避一避风头。
Hi, there are two authors that emphasize on buying stocks that you know. One is by Peter Lynch and the other is Philip Fisher. As you are in medical lines, you should have advantage than analysts on stocks like Pantai, KPJ, Kotra, Apex and other pharmacy companies.

I happen to be on the panel of so many good company for more than 10 years and have very good contacts with the workers till the boss.
And actually can judge the health of the company by the amount of new hire(foreign workers),satisfaction of the workers,bonuses paid,their insurance policy(whether worker covered to what degree)and medical benefits,new products made,new lines added,new adventure etc.
I am doing that but just didnt make full use of the advantage.
