TM/STREAMYX的服务态度突然变好?

STREAMYX服务差,慢,常上不到网已是家常便饭了,
也是各个部落格主司空见惯的事了,YY有多篇文章大控诉,去看
只要看到MODEM 有SIGNAL, 但就是开来开去都开不到网页,
或者突然POP UP 叫你check user name, password, 或remote computer didnot response,
就知道STREAMYX 又死火了, 但为什麽还是要用STREAMYX呢?
当然是钱的问题,算算算,还是STREAMYX 最合算,
而且贪方便,不想换,因为UNLIMITED STREAMYX 加FIXED LINE 才RM 70。

有打过100投诉电话的也都知道,都不知这些人是做什麽的?
把你问得团团转后都给不了答案,等呀等的也没有回电,
只要一直试,一直开关电脑、MODEM,
最后就会自己好了,哈哈。

我要说的是这星期我却对TM 的服务大大改观!!!
话说我在18.1.2010收到最新的电话单时发现---哗,STREAMYX 费用
竟然出现两次,被DOUBLE CHARGE了,
立刻打去100投诉,一个叫SHUHIMI的男职员查了查,
说真的BILLED了你两次,你自己扣除后,
就付应付的费用就可以了,
我们会在你下个月的帐单里回扣。

这样好!!!

还没完呢,25.1.2010早上一个叫NORHASRINA的女职员
打电话来道歉,问长问短,说收到我的投诉了,还要了我的EMAIL ADDRESS,
然后我就收到了两封信, 在短短的一个多小时里就处理了。
服务无得顶,这是为什麽?

streamyx的服务大致上是变好了。不过应该是看地方的。
Cyberjaya的streamyx服务暂时对Dicman来说非常好。其它地方就不清楚。

每次要是Dicman遇到无法上网但是modem的灯是正常的话,通常Dicman会直接和他们说一切ok,不要让他们说太多,然后直接叫他们帮我reset或是restart我的streamyx account。因为通常streamyx会自动把我们的户口设定去暂停这样,原因是modem有时关的时候影响到你的户口。不知如何解释,就好象户口傻掉所以hang在那里无法驱动。总之只要灯一切ok,直接叫他们reset会比较快。

以上是Dicman的解决方式啦。

我不知道。不过我声音大,用马来文骂,应该是被吓到。
